3.GOODS ON OFFER
Samos Deli will display all goods on offer indicating their characteristics and retail price including VAT. Samos Deli may add or delete products, which shall not affect previously placed orders .

Samos Deli only accepts orders from Ibiza .As usually happens in a supermarket, product stock is driven by demand, which means some of the items in your order may be out of stock when we are preparing it for dispatch. Item not available will be substituted. Substitutes shall be of equal or higher quality. Substitute goods will be delivered separately for easy identification and return if you do not want them.
Samos Deli charges 25€ per delivery, for orders over 70 € delivery is free of charge. Please note that, depending on the volume of clients, it is possible that certain time slots are not available on certain days. The time slots available for delivery will be shown when you proceed to checkout and always prior to formalising the order.
The order is considered firm after receiving full payment.
Samos Deli orders are delivered to your shipping address from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays), on the day and at the time you select on placing your order.Some of the time slots may not be available when you place your order, so you may have to choose an alternative time slot if your first choice is unavailable.
